Over time, the spaces I’ve built naturally opened up to others.
At Villa Tola, artist residencies became a way of sharing them — inviting artists to live and work within the house, not as a formal program but as a continuation of an ongoing process. Each residency is shaped by coexistence, conversation and time spent together, with a strong focus on the artist behind the work.
The intention is to build something gradually: a collection of pieces created within the house itself, often developed while being present for the process, understanding where each work comes from.
