Return to tenant (§ 90.300 (13)): The landlord must return the deposit no later than thirty-one (31) days after the end of the tenancy and the tenant hands over possession of the rent to the landlord. If a monthly rental premium is paid after the expiry of the permitted grace period, a late fee may be charged if this is expressly specified in the rental agreement.
