If you purchased the Software for your personal use, this EULA may be assigned provided that you transfer the original media and all associated documentation and media and that the purchaser notifies QSR in writing that it accepts the terms of this Software License. In the absence of such notice to the purchaser, you remain responsible for the actions of the purchaser. If you have acquired the Software for any other use (including, but not limited to, for commercial or educational purposes), you may not act for the benefit of this EULA (whether by assignment, transfer, sublicense or otherwise) without QSR`s prior written consent. Each time you assign or transfer the EULA, you must disable the Software from any server or device on which it is installed. To view the license agreement after NVivo installation: The licensed software is licensed to you under the terms of the EULA. To the extent there are any violations between the other terms of the Agreement and the EULA, the terms of the EULA shall prevail. NVivo™ is a qualitative data analysis software designed for qualitative researchers who work with very rich textual and/or multimedia information that requires deep levels of analysis for small or large amounts of data. NVivo™ allows you to identify patterns in your content across different text and data sources, and organize and analyze your content to gain in-depth insights while asking more questions about your content through queries. NVivo can help you find connections and understand the underlying issues and patterns that will help you make and support decisions. 2.

Subject to this Agreement, QSR grants Licensee a non-transferable, non-exclusive license to: use the Licensed Software or in its place an earlier version or other software developed by Licensor with the same functionality as the Licensed Software intended to replace the Licensed Software, on the permitted number of devices in accordance with the normal operating procedures of the Documentation or as provided by QSR`s release release from time to time; or 3. You may also download one copy of the Licensed Software to a networked device, .B. a server computer to allow other devices to access and use that copy of the Licensed Software on a private network, provided that the total number of devices on which the Licensed Software is installed or used in this manner does not exceed the permitted number. 4. The primary user of each device on which the Licensed Software is installed may make a second copy (not applicable to the NVivo Server Product) for its exclusive use on a portable device. The rights to install an additional copy of the Licensed Software do not permit simultaneous use of the Software on the first and second devices. 5.
