Interns take several courses in soft skills such as presentation skills and negotiation. These are complemented by technical workshops (organised specifically for trainees) in which our lawyers ensure that our trainees acquire the necessary technical knowledge to contribute to their workplaces. Trainees are also invited to attend the frequent trainings of our qualified lawyers (often worldwide by videoconference). All interns are assigned a seat supervisor for each team.
